BUSINESS ANALYST
MISSION :
The business analyst is responsible for quantitative insight into the performance of marketing and sales effort (sell-in, sell out, Gfk) and conducts in-depth analysis on the basis of customer data that help to improve and optimize the return. The right data have to be delivered for various management reports and budgets and our data environment has be further developed so we can unlock and use more relevant data and customer insights. Also knowledge of and experience is needed in conducting market research (desk and field research, quantitative and qualitative), and reporting the results. The business analyst supports and trains users within the department to interpret and analyze relevant reports and makes analyzes using support programs such as Excel,
PROFILE:
Result and service oriented, independent and inquisitive, analytically strong, sharp mind, proactive, sensitive organization, team player
• Completed training at University level towards Business Analytics, Econometrics, Business Mathematics
• At least 1 year experience in an analytical function
• Knowledge of the dynamics Retail is a plus
• Experience with a combination of Commerce, Business Analytics, and ICT
• Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel), experience with QlikView or other BI tools
• Knowledge of programming is a plus
• Fluency in Dutch and English spoken and written
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions is an advantage
