CHARGEBACK & CREDIT MEMO SPECIALIST
MISSION :
- Enter and control all Pricing data
- Maintain files of all authorized Price Lists, Profit Calculations and Promotional Pricing to support same data in SAP
- Work with Rebates team to research and validate customer deductions/chargebacks – Coop advertising, defective, destroy and freight
- Correspond with Sales, Manufacturing Reps and Marketing to assist in deduction resolution
- Extract support data. Create/update spreadsheets to accurately document supporting data
- Issue credit memos if valid
- Challenge and dispute invalid claims with the help of Sales, Reps and Marketing. Follow up to get answers in a timely manner
- Assist manager with analyzing/reviewing open chargebacks with the goal of keeping Rebates Module dollar amount as low as possible and as current as possible
PROFILE:
- Associate’s degree in business management or related program (or equivalent experience)
- Pricing data management experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience with MS Excel
- Strong analytical and detail skills
- Excellent organizational, research and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records; high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to manage heavy correspondence and workload
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced team environment
