PROJECT MANAGER IT INNOVATION
We are looking for an IT Innovation Project Manager to join the Process and Method Development team at our Ecully site. Your mission will be to improve the process of innovation within the Group, by introducing suitable high-performance IT tools and the associated methodologies within the product development teams.
You
will be involved in improving the performance of our project teams as they
develop new products:
By
introducing and/or optimising processes that contribute towards product
lifecycle management;
By
automating these processes using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software;
By
ensuring change management through heavy involvement in user training and
support.
You
will contribute towards enhancing the performance of the Group, which is
undergoing rapid expansion:
By
introducing work tools encouraging cooperation between geographically dispersed
teams and facilitating the automation of tasks with low added value;
By
carrying out certain tasks within the framework of projects led by the
Innovation IT department.
You have completed your higher education in a technical and scientific subject at a school of Engineering or similar and you have at least 3 years' experience in research and development.
You are skilled in project management (management of internal and external resources, monitoring requirements and methods, monitoring schedules, risk analysis, organising meetings, coordination of the various people involved).
You have an ability to influence others, in particular allowing you to convince a group of designers to work on a shared work plan aiming to improve and accelerate processes in projects to develop and monitor the evolution of products.
You have strong creative skills and the ability to take the initiative, allowing you to produce documents and publish them online via PLM and to prepare, update or introduce new processes and software.
You are capable of dealing with problems methodically and with scientific discipline and you like proposing solutions aimed at supporting the Group's technical evolutions.
An understanding of PLM software would be an advantage.
Fluent English is essential because of the area the team is involved in.
