MASTER DATA COORDINATOR
MISSION :
- Input bills of material for all new products created daily
- Work closely with the development, manufacturing, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure the accuracy of master data information and to continually improve processes
- Act as a liaison between strategic marketing and the manufacturing departments on all technical requests
- Assist with system implementations and upgrades in areas relating to item master, bills of material and other related master data fields
- Support SKU rationalization activities through analysis of master data
- Participate as master data lead and key user in ongoing integration projects, software upgrades and data synchronization efforts
- Help define and document on-going process changes that affect master data elements; while creating and maintaining Standard Operation Procedure documents
PROFILE:
- Associate’s degree in business management or related program (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing setting with master data maintenance experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered
- Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision and strong follow up skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to set priorities, organize and manage the details of multiple projects
- Strong computer proficiency in using Microsoft tools
- Experience in PLM (product life cycle management) systems is preferred
- French as a second language is a plus
