ELECTRIC MOTORS PERFORMANCE PROJECT MANAGER
MISSION:
We are looking for an ELECTRIC MOTORS PERFORMANCE PROJECT MANAGER to join our Home Cleaning business unit.
The position is based at the Group's vacuum cleaner centre of expertise at our factory in Vernon, 80 km from Paris and 50 km from Rouen.
Working on rapidly evolving products within a context of growth, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 experts within a Development department of 45 people.
You are a specialist with a keen interest in electric motors and you are pragmatic. Your mission will be to design and validate the motors for our vacuum cleaners, by proposing solutions that comply with the limitations of the project.
To achieve this, you will work with Product Development teams, as well as with our suppliers. You will analyse, enhance, challenge, standardise, prescribe, propose and capitalise on solutions.
You will also need to make sure that tests are carried out to compare the results from suppliers with the values obtained in our laboratory.
Since this position has a strong interpersonal dimension involving contact with the entire Product Performance team, other Development departments and external suppliers, your communication skills and ability to convince others will be real assets.
PROFILE:
You have completed a technical degree (5 year course) in Engineering and you have at least ten years' experience, which has enabled you to learn about and understand the world of electric motors.
